Okere and Associates is a consulting firm that specializes in helping organizations build equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplaces where employees thrive. The Challenge
Okere and Associates was in a period of growth and was facing a branding challenge. Their communication channels including social media, email marketing, and presentations had an inconsistent appearance and lacked visual cohesiveness. They needed us to help them create a clean, cohesive, modern, and consistent brand experience appearance across all their communication channels.
We were tasked with designing and creating social media templates, a presentation template, and a Mailchimp newsletter template to help Okere and Associates improve their branding efforts.
Discovery and Research
We conducted a discovery call with the client and thorough research and analysis of Okere and Associates' brand and communication efforts. Our team reviewed the client's website, social media profiles, and previous presentations to understand the client's values, goals, and target audience.
Strategy
Based on the research and analysis, we developed a branding communication strategy that focused on creating a cohesive, modern, and consistent brand appearance across all communication channels.
Solution
We designed the social media post templates, Instagram reel cover, and Instagram and Facebook stories templates from scratch using Canva, ensuring that the client could easily edit and use the designs after the project was completed. Our team ensured that the templates were versatile and flexible enough to accommodate different types of content while maintaining a consistent brand appearance. The presentation template was designed with a modern and clean layout, consistent with the brand's visual identity, and could be used for a variety of presentations.
We designed a responsive and visually appealing Mailchimp newsletter template, making it easier for the client to communicate with their growing audience effectively no matter the device they’re using.
Outcome
Okere and Associates' brand communication efforts are now consistent and visually appealing and cohesive across all their communication channels. They can communicate effectively across all their channels while maintaining their brand consistently with minimal effort; allowing them to focus on their clients.
